If you are using Internet Explorer 7:

  1. Click the "Tools" drop down and then "Internet Options"
  2. Under the "General" tab click "Delete" under "Browsing History."
  3. Click "Delete Cookies," "Yes," and then "Close."
  4. Now click the "Privacy" tab, and then click the "Sites" button.
  5. Type "http://www.fundraisingbuttons.com" into the address box then click "Allow" and click "OK."
  6. Click "OK" again, close Internet Explorer, reopen it, and try to login again.

If you are using Firefox 2:

  1. On the browser menu, click "Tools" then "Options", and select the "Privacy" tab.
  2. Click on "Exceptions" and type "http://www.fundraisingbuttons.com" into the address box then click "Allow" and "Close."
  3. Click on: "Show Cookies," "Remove All Cookies," then "Close."
  4. Click "OK", close Firefox, reopen it, and try to login again.
